Frequently Asked Questions
We are a remote-first company based in the UK, so you can work anywhere in the country as long as you have a good internet connection. Bear in mind that we have twice-monthly in-person days in Southern England.

Our hiring process is slightly different depending on the role. If we decide to progress your online application, you can expect to go through these stages:
- An initial call with the hiring manager to determine whether you’re the right fit for us and vice-versa
- A work-based exercise
- A detailed interview with the hiring manager
- A final-stage interview with the wider team
